A Dreamy Tennessee Summer Wedding

Do you mind traveling to Middle TN?

Not at all!! Heavyn contacted me via Facebook earlier this year and asked if we shoot Weddings in Middle TN. Of course! So we booked. I can't tell you how excited I was to shoot another wedding in Middle TN. Last year, Brooke and I made the trip in one day to shoot a fantastic wedding at Montgomery Bell State park and I had been drying to get back to that area ever since. Middle Tennessee is unique because if offers the flat lands of West TN and the mountains, waterfalls, and creeks of East TN. It is a truly gorgeous place to have your wedding.

To Perfection

When we arrived the day of the wedding, we were pleasantly surprised by the landscape and the venue. Everything from the white chapel to the smallest pieces of décor were carefully thought out and prepared. The bride's dress, by Essence of Australia, was breathtaking and her flowers were equally as gorgeous. Heavyn and her bridesmaids were so much fun to hang out with while getting ready.

Once everyone was dressed, we moved the fun to the chapel for the first look with dad and some bride and bridesmaid photos.

Then, I caught up with Justin and his groomsmen who were looking amazing in their suits. I had the guys pretend to be serious for a few photos and then they cut loose. First doing their model walk for me followed by a beer race.

I Do!!!

After a sweet ceremony in the chapel, the videographer and I grabbed the couple for some sunset portraits. The timing couldn't have been more perfect to capture the sunset backlight.

And then we partied!!

I have to admit this reception was so much fun!! Everyone had a blast and danced the night away. We capped it off with a sparkler exit and a great big kiss!
